Imagine the day that the Federal Government mandates that you prove each and every time you make a purchase that you have first spent your money on your mandated health care policy before allowing you to spend it on something non essential or trivial like a cable TV subscription, a trip to Cancun, or a pack of cigarettes.
Boy that sure would suck, wouldn’t it?

No, because insurance is a CONTRACT. By definition, if you don’t pay a deposit, the contract is void.
Similarly, if your deposit check bounces, the contract is void.
